The next way which can be used for the above purpose is by using robots.txt file. You can specify in your robots.txt file which URL's to craw and which to not. This method is a good one, but is not as secured as the method described in the Way -2.

You can also use the noindex meta tag for blocking your pages from Google index. When Google sees the noindex meta tag it crawls the webpage but it completely drops the web-page from search results. Some other search engine may display the noindex page in their search results.

You can use no follow method to link to that page. This is a very weak method but still many webmaster use it for blocking some of their web page from Google search. But if anyone else from a different site gives link to your secret page then Google will index it anyway. So you are not advised to use this method for the said purpose.

You can also use the Google webmaster tools for removing the URL'S from Google database. This is one of the very simple and easy to understand method to do the said work. Probably this is also one of the best method.
